Sunday Dress

I attempted to catch how cute the girls looked today. Unfortunately, I'm not the best photographer. I promise to keep practising and hopefully one day the moment I capture on camera will be an accurate reflection of how cute these two girls really are.

First Time Skating

We decided to take advantage of the free public skating in Medicine Hat. Brooklyn got a real pair of ice skates and Russ attempted to instruct her in the delicate art of moving on ice. The first 15 minutes mostly consisted of Russ picking up a slipping girl, but after a half hour of running up and down the bleachers, Brooklyn was ready to try again. This time she actually was able to stay upright (with a little help of course).

Playtime

Brooklyn was invited to play at a school gym with other children from the Parents As Teachers program. The tunnel is always a favorite.

At home she loves to create with her beads.

Enjoying the Snow

The Snowflakes were so big and fluffy the evening of February 20th, we had to go out to catch some. Brooklyn enjoyed every minute of it!

Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007

I caught Paige smiling. She is so fun to flirt with!
At 7 weeks old, Paige is really waking up. At about 11 lbs, holding her is starting to become a workout!

Teddy Bear Picnic

BACK ROW: Brittana Evanson, BEAR, Ally Wallace
FRONT ROW: Katie Lanctot, Austin Rempel, Brooklyn Zemp, Whitney Parker, Aubrey Baines
BABIES: Riley Leavitt and Nixon Wallace

Thursday, Feb. 1st we attended a Teddy Bear Picnic as part of our Mother's Group. Brooklyn took a teddy bear for herself, Paige and her mom. The children ate snacks while picnicing on a large blanket in the Primary Room of our church. They sang and acted out "Teddy Bear Picnic". Mother's group is always a great time!

Library Outing

With a newborn, who has had a cold since she was two-weeks old, we haven't got out much. We take the occasional trip to the grocery store and a weekly trek to the library. Brooklyn insists on using the stool to pick out her own videos and books. Thank heavens for the library!
